• Receive 6 one to one transformative fertility coaching sessions tailored to your needs

• Receive additional email support, guidance and mindset tools and exercises so you feel fully supported in and out of sessions. 

*For clients going through IVF a further 2 coaching sessions is recommended to provide wrap-around support during treatment

For pregnant women who are struggling with anxiety, fearful of birth or miscarriage who want to find joy in their pregnancy and feel safe and confident giving birth.

With my Peaceful Pregnancy Mindset Package, you will:

• Receive 6 one to one transformative coaching sessions tailored to your needs

• Receive additional email support, guidance and mindset tools and exercises so you feel fully supported in and out of sessions

Areas we are likely to cover: 

• Getting crystal clear on your needs, desires and challenges during your pregnancy 

•  Release any fears, negative beliefs and thought patterns that might be causing you stress and anxiety

•  Tools for calming and clearing your mind and connecting with your baby

• Tools for shifting negative energy that might be held in your body into positive

• Preparing you mentally for birth
